This page will guide you through the steps to reserving time at the Pool during the COVID-19 Pandemic.  If you’ve already completed the process and are just looking for the Symptom Free Form, visit

Step 1

Attend the Virtual Training by either watching the pool training video  or by downloading the PowerPoint and watching it locally. If using the video option, we recommend expanding the video to full screen using the option in the bottom right:

Step 2

Check your knowledge by taking the quiz at!  Once you have completed the quiz, please move on to Step 3.

Step 3

It is very important that you read and sign the COVID-19 Pool Liability Waiver at  Be sure to read the instructions and fill out the form for every adult in your household.  Up to two adults/guardians can sign per form. Once you have completed the quiz and waiver, the HOA will be notified and we work to activate your fob.  Please be patient!  This may take a few hours (up to a day or two in some situations).

Step 4

Once you have completed the waiver and received an email that your fob is activated, you can begin reserving 1 hour pool sessions at Please note that when you click the drop down for a time slot, your family name should appear.  This family name is fed from the liability form.  Also note the Zone Map is available at the top of the page along with a link to the larger map.  Lap Swimming will be reserved through Zones 1 and 3 during the 5am-8am time window.  If you are using a mobile phone, you may need to install the Google Sheets App for Apple or Android.

Step 5

Congratulations.  By now you’ve hopefully had your fob activated and you’ve got your spot reserved, now its time to prepare for your trip to the pool.  Before entering the pool, you will need to fill out our Symptom Free Checker Form at  This is necessary to ensure that you are not putting anyone else at the pool at unnecessary risk.  Please fill out this form every day before entering the pool.  This link will be available at the pool entrance, but its probably a good idea to bookmark it for easy reference.  If you are for some reason unable to use the online form, you may download and print a copy and place it in a bin at the pool entrance.  Here is the download link:  Printable Symptom Free Form
