This is the rescheduled date for our 2022 Annual Meeting. We will need a minimum of 77 attendees and/or proxies to commence the meeting. We have updated the meeting to include a proposal to reduce the quorum requirements to 20%, or 39 attendees/proxies. We welcome discussion about this proposed amendment ahead of or during the meeting. Zoom link will be available through Townsquare and Facebook.
Due to a lack of quorum, tonight’s board meeting will need to be rescheduled for a later date. Please be aware that a new ballot item will be added for our next meeting – we will be voting to reduce the percentage of homeowners necessary for a quorum from 40% to 20% (which is still 2x the legal requirement). More information on this change and our reasoning will be provided on Townsquare and our Facebook group site.
The 2022 Annual Meeting of the members of the Lake Reynovia Homeowners Association, will be held on Tuesday, February 21st, 2023 at 6:30 PM.

The Social Committee is tentatively planning to host the Christmas Tree Bonfire on January 14th. Stay tuned for more information and an official event invite soon!
Given the recent rainfall and significant wind, it is very likely that we will see multiple fallen trees. We will do our best to post updates here as we get reports of trees that are down.
Current Known Issues:
As a reminder, the process for fallen trees is as follows:
Any tree that has fallen into a roadway should be reported to firstname.lastname@example.org and to VDOT. The board will happily submit the issue to VDOT and track resolution. If you decide to submit a ticket to VDOT on your own, please share the case number that you were given so that we can avoid multiple cases being opened at the same time.
If a tree has fallen on your property, please check to ensure there is no immediate safety issue. It is then best to check with your homeowners insurance to see if professional removal is covered under your homeowners policy. If it is not covered, please begin the process of searching for a professional tree removal service. No approval is required from the ARB to remove a fallen tree.
If the tree has fallen on common area or on a mix of personal property and common area, please contact email@example.com so that we can work to have any debris removed from common area. Please Note: Homeowners are responsible for timely removal of trees from their own property. The HOA can only remove debris that has fallen on common area.
