The Annual Home Owner Meeting is scheduled for 6:30pm on Tuesday, January 26th and will be held via Zoom Meeting. The link is available through our TownSquare platform and will be shared on our Facebook page.

This year in addition to the attached Ballot, Lake Reynovia owners can also vote on-line using Balloteer. You will find the link to Balloteer listed on the Meeting Notice and Proxy/Ballot. You will need your 6 digit Lake Reynovia account number to access the Ballot. This is the number that is used when paying your assessments and can be found on your coupon book. If you need assistance locating your account number, please contact the Associa Office at 434-956-3895.
