Community Members,
We write today to make the community aware of several recent developments of importance to homeowners:
- As of July 17th, the chair of the ARB committee has resigned, leaving only one remaining ARB member. Effective immediately, the board will be assuming ARB responsibilities until a new chair can be identified.
- Effective August 25th, the President of the board has resigned. The board will work internally to identify a president for the remainder of the year. Johann Reinicke will serve as interim president until the board motions for a permanent replacement.
- Complaints around the recent changes to the ARB guidelines document are under review by the board. This will be an item of discussion at our next monthly board meeting on September 13th at 6:30 (meeting in-person at the clubhouse with webex provided)
- Pool Updates – the pool has been reopened after a brief power outage. The current tentative closure date for the pool is September 30th.
