Earlier this afternoon (4/14/2021), the contractors installing fiber optic lines for the Ting install punctured a gas line near the entrance to the neighborhood.
For our safety, all natural gas feeds to houses have been cut off until repairs can be completed. This requires technicians to visit each house and cut off gas service where it enters the house. We have heard from the the gas company that they will be working to restore service at houses and may be working up until 11pm tonight. If they are not able to restore your service tonight, you should expect someone to visit your house early tomorrow morning. We will do our best to keep everyone informed as we have more information.
Please be advised that you should check all pilot lights on appliances once your gas service is restored. This includes hot water heaters, furnaces, etc.
