We wanted to make you aware of an upcoming hearing on December 14th regarding a new multi-use 80+ unit complex that is planned for development across from the Lake Reynovia entrance. There will be time in the meeting for public comments. If anyone in the neighborhood is interested in learning more or attending the meeting, please see the information attached and meeting information below.
The public hearing with the Albemarle County Planning Commission is scheduled for Tuesday, December 14, 2021, at 6:00pm. This meeting will be held virtually via Zoom.
